Re: (erielack) Wilseyville, then, Willseyville, later
The April 1960 DL&W ETT refers to it as Leicester. Could it be a typo in the OG?

In the Official Guide of the Railways for December, 1957, Leicester, NY, is shown as on the DL&W but not on the timetables, freight service only. Is "Lestershire" a railroad corruption, such as "Peterboro" for "Peterborough?"

Attached is the reason I was inquiring about the location for Wilseyville. I bought th1s at an antique show out of a "box of paper junk." It had been taped/glued into a scrapbook, and I've not attempted to remove the tape. It's obvious, I suppose, why I spelled it "Wilseyville."
It is obvious to all the readers where "Lestershire" was?
First right answer gets my sincere admiration and congratulations!
