Maybe someone else has better information but I do not recall HB-1 
running on ConRail in 1978. That is not to say it did not, I just do not 
recall it running in 1978 [at which time I was a dispatcher in 
Hoboken].  I can also tell all that during the time I worked as the YA 
clerk during the E-L days I never saw an HB-1 on the freight reports 
which the YA job assembled every night.
