IHC/Rivarossi put out many of their E8s, painted in the schemes of roads 
that never had the units. They also weren't too particular about ensuring 
whether the roads that did have them had "B" units. For example, IHC shows 
E8A&B units for the Monon...A neat trick considering that the only EMD cab 
units they had were the F3A&B.

Anyway, the answer is No. Neither the Erie nor the DL&W had any E8B units. 
If you're wanting E8s, look around and get the P2K units, as both Erie and 
DL&W units are still out there.
