I heard that it was the D-L that purchased the NYSW C-430s, and not the LA&L.
Bill Burt said the LA&L did not purchase any NYSW units.

As a side note, LAL has just completed (painted) an ex-Guilford unit
and renumbered it 423.  After getting fresh LAL paint, it was sent to
Jamestown to work the WNY&PA.  They were also leasing NS GP38AC 4138
until more rebuilt LAL power gets down there.
