TENTATIVE DATE FOR NEWARK CITY SUBWAY CHANGE 
OVER IS SET FOR LATE AUGUST, 2001. 

The latest proposed final date for PCC operation in Newark is 
Friday, August 24, 200l.  The following Monday, August 27, 
LRV's will be running.  The "Retirement Ceremony" will be 
on Saturday, September 1, 2001.  Keep posted for any changes.
