By law both tracks would have to have D Rails in both directions. Can't have
someone running against the current of traffic on Train Orders, and have him
90 degree a PRR train just because he isn't going with the current of traffic
in 251 territory and he missed the dwarf signal east of the photographer.
There is probable a lot of Optical Illusion here. The Derails are probable a
lot further
-From the diamonds than you think. Ripping up some piping was by far
preferred to hitting a PRR train on the diamonds.
