Tony,
I have received your reply...but the parts have not been sent to anyone. I
have just received them and my repairman is out of the office due to a
recurring problem with kidney stones. I felt it would be best to send the
replacement information with a sketch and instructions rather than just
sending the parts without any explanation.
Tony, by no means is this an attempt to ignore anyone. I have the names and
addresses of the customers that have sent for the parts and they will be
sent as soon as all the information is available. If you wish I can simply
send the parts without explanation and allow you to figure it out if that is
your wish. Please let me know and understand we are taking care of things,
nature has simply stepped in our way.
Sincerely,
Brian Marsh

I faxed the material that Brian Marsh said to send him concerning the bw
truck problems but have yet to get a response. I'm afraid I must agree
with the message sent by the first writer.
