Tony,

The Erie 52 seat rebuilt through coaches carried their number series of Erie 
1000 to 1018 through the EL merger, and up until they were retired. Although 
one or two of the cars never received EL GMY. 

Erie Diners were numbered in the 939-947 series for the Erie, then renumbered 
EL 740 to 747. All to my knowledge, receiving GMY. At some point early in the 
EL merger, Erie Diner 939 was stricken from the roster for some reason. Does 
any one know why?
