(erielack) New Stuff

I added a rescan of my EL E8 units. Note the engine rebuild date for BOTH
engines in the detail photo.

I added some more maps. I interest to the NYC side is the Braceville
trackage. I also added some NYC image in Tuesday update.

For the EL side. The accident diagram goes along with some photos that
Larry De Young provided. See EL/Daily Operation/Accidents.
