The one-time Tetley Tea factory in Morris Plains, adjacent to Hanover
Avenue and NJ Transit (ex-DLW) has been demolished.  A small sign
indicates that 'luxury condominium housing' is to be built, if I read it
correctly while driving past.

If you're looking for housing with an active rail line in the back, this
could be it.  The walk to the station is less than a mile, ACME
supermarket is adjacent, and other shopping is nearby including a post
office.

I have no connection with this development...
