My name is Ron. I have not posted in quite a while, mainly because we 
lost
our house due to fire last winter and are just now getting in the new 
one.
I'm not sure how Radio Shack is doing it on their web site, but i just
bought Police Call 2002 at the local store. The way it works is that you 
buy
the Police Call book for your region and the National CD-Rom comes with 
it.
All for $19.95.
