(erielack) Floating Pigs

I just procured an EL marketing brochure (81/2 x 11, folded in thirds)
titled "IMPROVED FREQUENT ERIE LACKAWANNA SERVICE TO AND FROM LONG ISLAND. 3
DELIVERIES A DAY". (no date on the brochure) The inside lists delivery
times, such as 58 hours from Chicago, to Long Island City.  So, the EL was,
apparently,  floating piggy back flats and trailers across NY Harbor to the
LIRR. It would be a kick to have a photo of EL pig trailers on a carfloat
with an EL tug!

Anyone out there have any other info on this?
