My choices for outstanding use of logos and color, outside of the obvious, 
not in any order

    1. Western Maryland "Circus" red, white and black, sharp
    2. Santa Fe red and silver war bonnet
    3. CB&Q " Everywhere West" in script on boxcars
    4. SP and SF Kodachrome, bright, bold block letter.
    5. New Haven, NY,NH & H script on the boxcars
    6. CNW bright yellow passenger cars
