(erielack) oil in western NY

I lived in Rochester in the '70s and worked for Kodak.
 
Kodak Park had it's own coal fired power plant but they used heating oil in some (or maybe all) of the buildings. One day I saw an oil truck pumping it's contents into a holding area just south of Kodak Park. The driver told me that the oil came from a refinery in Buffalo.
 
I guess this refinery is still in operation.
