Bridge 60 was a major interlocking on the DL&W/EL (much like most people know where "HX" and "WC" are) - the significance of the name is not the bridge, but the interlocking plant. It controlled the wye at the west end of Scranton and all associated lines (including the Diamond Branch coming off at that location)
