It sounds simplistic and, perhaps, flip but Bridge 60 is between Bridge 59 and Bridge 61. We have been told where Bridge 61 is -- it's the next one east. So where is Bridge 59? I would suspect it's the next one west on one line or another. Usually, the bridges have visible numbers attached to them. That's why they number them -- to avoid any confusion when someone is told to go to "Bridge Whichever" and do something to it.
