I'm almost certain the plaque mentioned is in Madison Station. Tom Tabor used have an office located in the small building at the west end of th eplatform on the Track 2 (Eastbound) side. I had the pleasure of meeting him once and got a peek inside his office. It was like a small railroad museum as I recall. I stop there twice a day and have been watching the ongoing restoration work. It is a unique stucture, unlike any of the other stations as it is of the same design as the Madison Boro Hall. I believe Madison owns the building, not NJ Transit.
