Re: (erielack) Personal rights revisited

*Dead wrong Randy*!
This is the most important place to discuss this stupidity by our
government.
A lot of todays pictures are taken to record what history of railroads
that remain.
Should I have to answer to any officer of the law if I am photographing
any of the historic stations on the Gladstone Branch? Hand over a roll
of film or erase my digital information? NO. And thanks to this
discussion I have several ideas on how to handle the situation.
Do you expect big brother to let rail fans now when it is or is not
legal to take picture.
Do come to East Tennessee where it is ok to photograph trains, stations
and what ever you want. We have two very busy railroads, the CSX
(Clinchfield) and Norfolk Southern. They do own the DL&W, Erie and the
Erie Lackawanna today.

I thought this list was for the discussion of the history (for that's all it can be) of the ERIE, the LACKAWANNA, and the ERIE LACKAWANNA Railroads, not for addressing the problems atttendant to railfanning or operating CSX or NS.
