Re: (erielack) DL&W, EL FT's



The former tenders were made up to take the place an A or a B if it was out
for service on an extended time frame.  The DL&W had FT ABA with the FTSB,
now if one of the A's had problems then a idler car (tender) was used.  Same
goes for the AB sets, for a while some AA sets ran around.
