Re:(erielack) Water Gap is water logged



Much of the flooding damage is far up the Delaware from Tocks Island,
so it wouldn't have helped those areas.  That was one argument about
building the dam there - it was too far downstream.

All the towns along the Delaware from Milford, PA, through Roscoe,
NY, have extensive damage.  Livingston Manor, NY, took a big hit and
suffered the only fatality in the region.  Summer camps along the
river in New York temporarily evacuated.
