I went thru the Water Gap in 1955 just after the flood and could not believe the amount of damage. Qustion: How much of a problem are these three floods to the possible reopening of the old DL&W from Scranton to Hobokin? I would guess a lot since most of the railroad from the Water Gap St. thru Portland is now underwater.
