Re: (erielack) EL SD45-2's



I had a surprisingly easy time removing the shell. Remove the two coupler 
screws, then remove the couplers. Then, there is a screw on either end of 
the fuel tank, accessible between the rear wheels of each truck and the 
curved bracket at the end of the sideframes. Remove these two screws and the 
shell can be pulled off.

I was able to programmatically lower the volume via DCC. Wasn't aware that 
there was an adjustment inside.

While we're on the subject, does anybody know which of the 14 different horn 
sounds is most accurate for these engines?
