It may well include Cleveland, since UPS dist. centers tend to cover a large area. I doubt it would have made a difference for EL, since UPS did not use rail for shipments between the east coast and Ohio. UPS recently built a distribution center in Wadsworth, Ohio. I don't know how much area the center covers, but it see's quite a few trucks in and out.Maybe it's just Akron, Wooster, Medina, maybe it includes greater Cleveland too. What's ironic is the center is built adjacent to the former EL mainline. If the EL had lived and maintained that contract, who knows...
