Mr. Cupper classified the original 2-tone green scheme as the first scheme.
Now, to me its the same scheme with different markings, but I'm sure we can
all make our own judgements about that.

This is also how Dan Cupper asserted in his 1984 Trains article about EL
833/CR 4022 ("The Executive E"?) that the 4022 has worn 6 paint schemes, with
the 2-tone green EL scheme being the second and GMY the third.
What would have been the first?
