There is one up, over, down, in New Freedom PA.  I think it was part of the North Central dinner train equipment.  I have pictures of it and a PRR N-someting next to it.  
I may be able to send it to George's site this weekend.

I know of one here in Hilliard, OH. in a park adjacent to what used to be PRR's Panhandle Line (which is today a nicely paved trail). 
 
The hack (an ex-PRR caboose I beleive) is on a piece of panel track, and was repainted CR blue/white in the summer of '05...
