Lee, This is the old NYC yard known as Coalburg. I think it was built during WW 1. There also used to be a shop, turntable, roundhouse, coaling tower, and water tank there. This was on the south side of I-80. What you saw was on the north side. From what I am told the NYC used to station an H-10 class Mikado at Coalburg to push trains north out of Youngstown. I believe the roundhouse was torn down in the 30's?
