Obviously, the scene today is much less than when the shot was taken, with the EL track, signal and tower all gone...but interestingly, the color-position light signal remains here and within Sterling interlocking. The ex-B&O line from Cleveland/Lorain comes into Sterling from the north here also, and with a wye track arrangement allowing CL&W trains to go either east or west on the main, there are plenty of CPL's protecting track in the area. But like many others on CSX, the CPL's are slowly being replaced...
