RE: (erielack) Elmira in Oct

I presume we're referring to the Erie station in Elmira. The building has been owned by the Hilliard Corporation since 1983. Inside is reported to be a mess. Getting an inside tour would seem unlikely. 
   
  Sadly, Chemung County only has one truly restored depot - the PRR depot (Erie trackage rights) in Horseheads (tours of that one can definetly be arranged for the convention).
