Jerome, Yes, the original Newburgh Branch was part of the Graham Line, but you missed something in my original post. I went on to say -- "BEFORE THE GRAHAM LINE WAS BUILT." In other words, what was to later become the Graham Line up to Highland Mills was originally part of the Newburgh Branch, coming off the Main at NJ (Newburgh Junction -- Harriman). As we all know, when the Graham Line was built, it continued from that point (Highland Mills) west, across Rt. 32 on a high trestle and over to Salisbury Mills (Moodna Viaduct) and points west. The Highland Mills station no longer exists, if that's what you're asking. In my post, I said -- "where the Highland Mills station WAS." I'm not sure which bridge you're referring to as being gone. Certainly not the one over Rt.32 at Highland Mills(???). I would hope that's very much intact! Agreed, the original Newburgh Branch ROW is not all intact. I trust you didn't think I said anything the opposite, since I never mentioned that. My only reference to the original Newburgh Branch ROW was where it passed in front of the Mountainville station. Its easily seen as part of the ROW in that section.
