On our B&O yahoo list, we have been discussing B&O-P&LE-Erie through passenger service between Washington and Cleveland, operated on B&O as the Washingtonian, trains 21-22 between Pittsburgh and Washington. Erie provided a through car for this service and it was seen alternating with a P&LE car. Some questions arose. What would be its paint scheme? What can you Erie folks tell us about which car or car class was used over B&O?
