If XD telegraph (read teletype) office sent a message to Meadville, it went to AF for the yard operations, and to HF (Meadville Ticket Office-Operator) for everyone and everything else. I don't recall an AF-97 operating from Meadville so perhaps this was a train that was made up at Marion.
