I rode past it several times yesterday on the URHS/VRA Santa Train. 
The parking lot is paved and spaces are being marked.  The platform
is done.  It's probably at the same stage of completion as the Mount
Arlington station out at exit 30 on I-80, and there was a recent
newspaper article that Mount Arlington would open some time in
January.  Both will have rail AND bus service.

When the new route 23 lot opens, the lot at 'Mothers' will close.
