Dear Paul: What if you are already a "lifetime" ELDCPS member? Does one need to pay annual dues? I was previously told no by the ELDCPS president at the time. Also, since I had such a bugger of a time accessing the ELTHS web site info, and it was not low-vision handicap accessible, and I made my concerns known to the (then) chair, president and web master, and still couldn't get in, I dropped membership in the final year. Did they ever "fix" the web site? Or should I just forget it and not get as frustrated?
