At Pocono Summit, just east of the Summit Ave grade crossing at the station, in some photos, I see a wooden platform next to the track. There is a photo in EL in Color vol 5 on pg 67 which shows a westbound train in 1964 passing this platform. What was this platform? It isn't low level like a station platform, it does ramp up like a loading platform. There are a total of 4 tracks there in the photo too. Cramers siding and 3 others. I am guessing that the track at the platform is a siding. The Sheppard track diagram book doesn't show it so I am assuming that that all might be gone by the time I am modeling. **************Start the year off right.
