Looking at the topozone picture of the Avoca and Moscow 7.5' map found at
http://tinyurl.com/2p8b8l, the northern RoW looks like it went where the
dark road is in Frank Adams' picture and probably went down into the
valley meeting the old 1890 grade. It could have been a spur for the
construction of the Watres Reservoir dam.
