Looking at my photos and comparing to EL yellow, there's definitely more
orange in the MOW truck yellow, so I would say it's the "safety yellow"
color rather than EL yellow. I assume it's because the truck
manufacturers probably have a standard "safety yellow" color they use to
paint these.

Prime Mover Decals (heh heh) has an MOW set in the works with two
different size EL logos for these trucks, no definite plans for a final
release date though.

The next decal set to be released will be.... (drumroll please!)  DL&W
STEAM LOCOMOTIVES!  Thanks to Ron Dukarm's photos, I noticed there's yet
ANOTHER size of the word "LACKAWANNA" that appeared on some 0-6-0s, so I
need to get that artwork in there before it gets printed...
