My copy from the ELDCPS arrived yesterday and I am in total agreement with Paul's review. What a wonderful effort. Can't wait to see volume 3. One question, the book covers from Dover to Scranton. Why is it that all the pictures from NJ are from cloudy days and the ones from Pa are on sunny days? Also Paul pointed out the green or blue green DLW signals aspect on the recent Diamond. Note the red signals on pages 14 and 25. It sure does matter where you are standing in relation to the signal!
