Let me set the clock back here a bit: In the days when Anthracite was booming, the Erie's Hillside Coal and Iron and Pennsylvania Coal Company would pack coal in sacks and ship it in boxcars in order to get a return revenue movement on otherwise empty cars. Does anyone know if they did this with Blossburg bituminous as well?
