Per the new Extra 2200 South (#131):

Former NJT U34CHs 4167 and 4180 (ex-EL 3367 and 3380) were shipped to
America Latina Logistica (ALL) Brazil late last year, after spending the
past few years in lease service in Mexico. The U34CHs were owned by
Alstom.

Now I would assume ALL would probably rebuild the units? I can't imagine
shipping entire units to Brazil just to scrap them for parts over there?
