This is not one of the coil covers I have modeled. However a quick check of info I have would indicate that you could start with a Walthers rectangular cover (assuming HO). You would have to strip off all cast details and fill in the ends. Then add end extensions and other details. Then take an ERIE Proto 2000 Greenville 52'6" gondola rework the ends, add tie down strips, and renumber the car.

Railmodel Journal December, 1993 had a two page picture of the 55th St. yard. This photo shows one car with this type hood indicating they were still used into EL, though the majority of hoods in the photo are corrugated which I think would have to be scratch built.
