Ive Never Seen any on either pre EL RR or EL post 1960 either Prime reasons for use are Extreme cold weather and Rr's using Freight Diesels for pass service This Message Sent by Donald Kern Model Railroader has an advertisement for new Rapido steam generator cars. There's nothing factory decorated for DLW, Erie, or EL .... Question, did the DLW use these? Timeframe, policies?
