I don't know offhand. I know that in in the 70's CN and EL swapped operation
of the transfers to Fort Erie year to year. I used to see CN SW1200RS'es in
Black Rock Yard and crossing the bridge all the time. Here's a lousy shot of
one of them that I took shortly after C-day (with an Erie boxcar in it):
