The 'reinforced earth' retaining wall on the east side of the new bridge's north approach is under construction. This is where it actually looks like something is happening!
Once the new bridge is open (possibly this month), the old bridge will be demolished and the other half of the new bridge will be built. In the meantime, work has begun on the US 46 bridge west of town.
