I remember seeing this train in the mid-60s.  Some crew members had a
cynical sense of humor calling it a "Rocket".  For a while it was
probably the only significant freight train running on the Boonton Line
and Boonton/Greenwood Lake Line.  I often wondered what short haul EL
had with a train running from Croxton to Phillipsburg.  At one point it
was powered by H16-44's and I believe I even saw an FA heading it.
