List, There is a report on www.trainorders.com that the ELDCPS Dining Car is on the move in Kansas City. The report is from 12/30/08 that the KCS was moving the cars in their North Kanas City yard. The Mid America paint shop is located on spur from the KCS yards in Kansas City. Can anybody confirm this report?
