I actually just forwarded the link, which a friend sent to me, knowing my interest in the EL lines mentioned. But this is publicly funded work, and as such there must have been public informational meetings, and records of those meetings must be somewhere on the 'net. Said friend noted that this is a bigger piece of work than the New London bridge reconstruction finished this last summer, though likely to interrupt service less, since it's building a new replacement bridge adjacent to the existing one. That said, it will just about necessarily involve a distance of track either side, a mile or more would be my guess, because of the intent of making this a 90 mph bridge; not much chance of snaky curves either side with that criterion!
