I can confirm that these cars, the first series of the "Cool Whip" reefers, had roofwalks, full ladders, and high-mounted brakewheels. The second series. 5020-5039, were built after the rules were changed, and had no roofwalks, short ladders, and a low-mounted brakewheel.
