NJ Transit has about 10 stations that begin Mount or Mountain, most on former DL&W or Erie routes. I'm sure some people go to the wrong place.
Then there's Middletown, NY, on the Port Jervis line and Middletown, NJ, on the North Jersey Coast Line. I know someone who bought a ticket between them and actually used it, changing trains at Secaucus.
