Scrapped. I have no photos of the 1402 after that Sloatsburg collision, and several sources say it was scrapped after that wreck. After seeing photos of it after the wreck, it appeared to be a complete write-off. What's your source of onto on the Newark wreck? Could it have been a different unit (not 1402?)
