Well, Rick, I think that, if you look outside, you will see the reasonable, rational, and surviving alternative. Progress has been headed toward CSX and NS (and BNSF and UP and pals) ever since Commodore Vanderbilt acquired his second railroad -- albeit with somewhat less track than we Erie, DL&W and EL fans would like.
